Inclusive Sport SA Welcomes a New Staff Member

Inclusive Sport SA is pleased to introduce a new staff member who has joined our team, Madeleine Martin.

Madeleine joins Inclusive Sport SA as part of our Behaviour Support SA department delivering Positive Behaviour Support services alongside practitioners Jessica Howe, Esther Bechara and Tamsin Petzer under the guidance of General Manager – Services, Bianca Dubois.

Madeleine Martin

Madeleine has a degree in Psychological Science from Flinders University with a background in Positive Behaviour Support, and experience in helping people with trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Sensory Processing Disorder.

Previously working in Broken Hill, delivering Positive Behaviour Support and Support Coordination, she has gained a wealth of knowledge during her time in a rural community developing a passion for helping people live their lives to the fullest and making her clients’ lives easier.

Having spent time in regional communities, Madeleine believes in a holistic approach in her client sessions considering all aspects of interest and interaction in a client and families’ life to reach their goals.

When she is not working, Madeleine spends a great deal of her time caring for her three beautiful Silkie Bantam chickens; Bella, Puffle and Babybel. She also enjoys going to her fiancé’s family’s sheep station in Far Western, New South Wales.

“Madeleine is not only a fantastic addition to our team, but a testament to the continuing growth and exemplary work by the Behaviour Support Team in expanding our services,” said Inclusive Sport SA CEO, John Cranwell.

“We are excited to have Madeleine joining our team in a full time capacity and we look forward to calling upon her background and experience in regional Australia to engage and support participants and their families/support teams across the state,” added General Manager – Services, Bianca Dubois.
